Password resets are now every 9 months! Password security requirements are as follows:

  • Must be at least 9 characters
  • Must contain 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase letter
  • Must contain at least 1 number
  • Must contain a Special Character

You will receive an email about a week prior to your password expiring with the following steps:

FROM A KPA OFFICE:

Windows computer:

  • Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE and click CHANGE A PASSWORD
    • Enter your current password
    • Enter a new password
    • Re-enter the new password


  • To synchronize your New Password with Windows, press WINDOWS KEY+L to lock the machine. 
  • Then, log right back in with your New Password.

Apple computer:

  • Go to System Preferences > Users and Groups > Change Password
    • Enter your current password
    • Enter a new password
    • Re-enter the new password

FROM A HOME OFFICE:

  • Launch Sonicwall NetExtender.

  • Fill out the fields as below:
    • Server: vpn.kpahq.com
    • Username: username
    • PW: your current PW
    • Domain: KPAHQ

Windows computer:

  • Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE and click CHANGE A PASSWORD
    • Enter your current password
    • Enter a new password
    • Re-enter the new password 

Apple computer:

  • Go to System Preferences > Users and Groups > Change Password
    • Enter your current password
    • Enter a new password
    • Re-enter the new password

  • To synchronize your New Password with Windows, press WINDOWS KEY+L to lock the machine. 
  • Then, log right back in with your New Password.

AFTER YOUR CHANGE:

  • You will also get prompted anywhere you receive KPA email for the new password. Be sure to update to the new password when prompted on any of the following devices:

    • Outlook Email
    • Android Smartphone
    • IPhone
    • KPA Handheld
